Add, edit, and remove the customer profiles Aranx writes for. Each website keeps 1 to 5 profiles in Business Memory → Customers.

A customer profile describes one type of reader: their role, what they want, and what they struggle with. When Aranx plans a keyword, it picks the profile that matches the person who searches for it and writes the brief for that reader. Until now, Aranx created these profiles during research and you could only edit them.
